What an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I inquired online about a vehicle, Mike was very responsive and answered my questions. I asked him to be transparent, as I would be. From the moment I inquired online about a vehicle, Mike was very responsive and answered my questions. I asked him to be transparent, as I would be. Asked if the price online was indeed the price? I did not want to go to the dealer if there were additional ons. There was not. The price was the price. We arrived at the dealership to test drive. Mike greeted us, had the vehicle pulled up and ready to go. We test drove and liked the vehicle. Again I asked Mike about the price, he confirmed the price advertised was the price, and made sure I qualified for every rebate I could qualify for was applied. I was introduced to Jeremy who was the manager and was going to appraise my trade. Jeremy was fair with my trade numbers. He presented the final numbers, I was happy and accepted. They started the process of all the paperwork and getting the vehicle prepared for delivery to me. It was very busy at the dealership, and Mike, Jeremy, and Steve in finance never pressured us, answered all our questions, and really treated us like family. It was nice to talk with all 3 of them and get to know them. We could not be happier. This was an amazing experience. Car dealers get bad raps, but Myrtle Beach Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep is a professional dealer who cares and most importantly listens to their customers. I had a one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had a Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep from start to finish! Mike my salesperson was phenomenal and went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I was l had a Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep from start to finish! Mike my salesperson was phenomenal and went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I was looking for; he reached out to me frequently sending me new vehicles they had received that fit my specifications and price. I was trying to get out of my lease for the longest time to buy a used low mileage 3rd row vehicle. It was hard because South Strand Chrysler Jeep Dodge imposed a $5,000 rental fee (never heard of this) into my loan which I didn't catch so needless to say I was so underwater on the vehicle I leased. Thanks to Mike's hard work and dedication to helping me get out of my lease and not having to come up with thousands of dollars to cover the negative $5,000 equity in my lease, I finally was able to get out of it, and they offered me the most on my trade out of all the dealers in the area!!! Mike went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle and then worked very hard with the general sales manager Zack McKeown (another fantastic guy) and Finance manager Stephen Delaney (another awesome guy) to get it for the price and payment I wanted and took care of the issues I saw on the used vehicle I bought. They were all so caring at the dealer and made this the nest car buying experience I have ever had hands down! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike the salesperson.
