To keep it short, the sales process was way too long and turned into a tag team effort with several sales people and managers that definitely turned into an uncomfortable haggling process that everyone want turned into a tag team effort with several sales people and managers that definitely turned into an uncomfortable haggling process that everyone wants to avoid. Considering the 9 cars I have purchased from a dealership over 35-40 years; this was definitely one of the worst experiences! Not including looking for and selecting the car we ended up buying, it never should have been 5 hours in total for the aforementioned haggling (about an hour of that plus 4 hours of computer problems due to the finance manager's log in and password not working???). In the face of all this AJ the Finance Manager was very apologetic and thorough with the process. In addition, although we felt "ganged up on", the sales team was also very apologetic for how long it took and the inconvenience. Honestly, my wife and I should have walked out due to all this plus the fact that this ridiculous time factor to complete the transaction and financing put her 3 &1/2 hours over due for much needed pain medication. So, there were other plenty of cars at this and other dealerships and probably should have left. However, over the years of buying cars there and having them serviced there, we have made a lot of friends and decided to push through this difficult transaction.
