We initially went to a different dealership to look at a vehicle. We were very disappointed. We were out of town and decided to look at one more car before we went home. I called and a salesperson who answered the phone told me to ask for him when I got there; he was busy with another customer. I walked iin he introduced himself Another person helped me the entire time. I don’t understand why the original person who told me to ask for his name was on all the paperwork when the other guy did all the work. The dealership itself was pretty good. I dealt with the sales manager and had a few questions for my salesperson. Stephen, help me. Stephen was very calm, helpful and nice at the end of the transaction. He said he would call me Monday to see how things are going I never received a call from him. That was a little disappointing. Other than that. My experience was pretty good. More

When I search for the car that I was looking for/Steve, the salesman had video messaged me showing me the car.. I thought that was a nice personal touch as if I was present. I only had a fair credit score.. But then there was this gentleman there with the magic numbers that help me finance the vehicle.. Bethlehem Ford / Koch Dealership Has a very large selection of vehicles with a moderate size lot… I drove from Lancaster PA To get the car that I wanted… And I thank you, Steve & and all the supporting personnel at Bethlehem Ford/ Koch Dealership!
