I worked with Kevaun and he was respectful, knowledgeable, and kind through the entire visit. I bought a CX-5 Carbon edition and each visit I made was a productive one. Some staff outside of Ke knowledgeable, and kind through the entire visit. I bought a CX-5 Carbon edition and each visit I made was a productive one. Some staff outside of Kevaun recognized me and would take a minute to talk. Everyone I met and interacted with were polite and offered refreshments. I never felt pressure to put money down until I was satisfied with what I was buying. I feel I got a good deal and I feel like they were patient with me. More

In general good experience with the guy who helped me, but I didn’t feel they take care of my service. I mean, they didn’t explain anything they didn’t send me the video with recommendations and they didn but I didn’t feel they take care of my service. I mean, they didn’t explain anything they didn’t send me the video with recommendations and they didn’t clean the car that is supposing included in the service. I won’t go again to that dealership. TERRELL was my salesman. Give him a 5. T was tranferref to another location day we had scbeduled appt. for tech learning. Subistitute was rushed (also covering phone). M Give him a 5. My daughter-in-law has a new VW so she was able to help me do some hands on settings ovet 4 or 5 days. Would have been gteat to have a manual or video. The basic problem for me is I do not know what I do not know. More
