Rashid Nabi (Rash) was nothing short of amazing! ! He is truly a genuine soul. No back and forth games (aka negotiations). In my opinion, he is a good faith salesperson who is firmly backed by his ! Rash was an active listener, transparent, articulate, kind, and professional. A true powerhouse. I am grateful to have had the honor of working with Rash. I honestly would give him one million stars if I could. Now for a little background. I bought my first Nissan from Mt. Holly Nissan 20 years ago in 2004. Fact, I keep my Nissans for 10 years (because they last, I am loyal customer + I love Nissan). Unfortunately when I went to purchase my replacement in 2014, the dealership was under different ownership. Without any details, I was regretfully forced to go to another dealer due to poor management because I was grossly mistreated (I always buy my cars by myself and I happen to be female). Fast forward, heading into 2024...I commenced my research for another car so I went to a few dealers. I am glad I decided to follow my intuition and try Mt. Holly Nissan again. That is when I was fortunate to have Rash greet me at the door. I had limited time but knew what I wanted and he was receptive. Honestly, I am not sure that most people would have his grace. Rash was precise and respectful while being on point with providing the solid facts. No games. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the entire team was a refreshing change in leadership. So for the happy ending...I am thrilled with my new 2024 Pathfinder and will now change my services over to Mt. Holly Nissan once again. Mt. Holly Nissan, you have earned my trust back and I look forward to saying "hello" to Rash for many years to come. Thank you and Namaste 🙏 More
