Great Team Arrived after an hour drive on a rainy day with a bitter mood from constant game playing and bait switching from other dealers I was sent to via USAA Arrived after an hour drive on a rainy day with a bitter mood from constant game playing and bait switching from other dealers I was sent to via USAA ( True Car ) buying service which uses select dealers for gauranteed savings . I had spoken with Stephanie Kimbro ( Internet Sales Manager ) explained our finances , budget and what we wanted in a new vehicle .She quoted me great price & knowing I was looking at other dealerships in the competitive crossover market , told me to ask for a Veteran discount that other manufacturer or dealers may have but not apply unless you know to ask for it . ( I thought of her like Santa in Miracle on 34th Street sending customers to Gimbles to get the best deal ) it was probably the reason I didn't cancel our appointment and restart our search later in September . I was only shopping to upgrade from a FWD to an AWD . When we arrived we met Stephanie & Cody Ryons our Sales Consultant . He knew all about what we were looking for and had a vechicle ready for us to review . At every dealership I had been upfront with the Internet sales department that I may adjust my Trim levels or options depending on my review and test drives and had been assured that my USAA " Guaranteed " Saving Certificates with a 5 day expiration date would be honored . At the previous Dealerships the prices went up and I was given the " This price only last until the end of the day " . Stephanie and Cody never said anything remotely like that. They wanted to sell my wife and I a car at the best price possible and have satisfied customers walking out the door who were completely happy with the price and experience and would share that with friends and family . The whole staff who were involved in our sale went above and beyond . As a matter of fact they actually added to our significant discount because we fell in love with a higher trim level on the Showroom floor Tiffany Seifrit the Business Manager help me apply for my loan with USAA. When I got approval at unexpected rate She had to endure some huffing and puffing on my part about " I'm not buying the car unless they give me that rate " . A few moments later the Sales Manager David Janiszewski stepped in and noticing a sports jacket I was wearing talked about being lifelong fans of the team ( Philadelphia Union ) and members of it's supporting club . When I calmed down a bit he said " don't worry about that , we'll find a better rate anyway " which he did with no problem at all . The last snag was I needed to transfer my DAV plates from the car we drove , but since we were not trading it in , I would need to go home and come back the next day with a friend or neighbor to bring in the plate and drive home in our new car . Cody stepped in and said don't worry about that let's us figure it out . Cody and Dave got together and Cody himself followed me back to our home and then drove me back to dealership to complete the sale ( 100 mile RT ) . When we returned Tiffany again had to walk me through the finally sale and had the tough job of selling Me additional warranties . She had already seen my antics earlier , but since I had apologized and explained it was just a result of the whole process . We started laughing and joking in her office as she went through each one .. Great way to end a long day . The team effort really showed on their part and I see why so many people here have given their sales staff such high ratings . I will definitely make the trip on any future car purchases and recommend them all my family and friends . I can't rate their service staff but I'm old and wise enough to know that they are two seperate departments which contribute to make profits for the dealership in Sales vs Service . As a customer who is a veteran I hope they are as team oriented and customer focused as the Sales staff was to us . More

Best experience yet buying a car - I always hated having to negotiate a new car purchase and being a woman made it harder for me. I just purchased my second car from Piazza and it coul I always hated having to negotiate a new car purchase and being a woman made it harder for me. I just purchased my second car from Piazza and it could not have gone better. I feel I received a good price for my trade-in and a good price for the new car. I did check out on line what the current market price was for my 2012 trade-in and for the new car so I would be prepared. Overall I have nothing negative to say about the experience. More
