Went in for new tires and alignment. My service advisor, Stephanie, had all the paperwork in hand so I drove up, signed, got my loaner car and was out in less than 15 minutes. Stephanie had my paperwork ready when I came back to pick up my car, which was ready ahead of schedule. Checking out was a breeze as well. Stephanie Is the absolute best Service Advisor. So friendly, genuine, and never tries to "upsale" me on any service my car doesn't need.
