Joseph was kind enough to walk me through and explain features and test drives of cvt and manual wrx back in September and was kind enough to explain certain topics dealing on being a future new owner of a WRX. They both asnwered any questions via emails promptly. Greatly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Stephanie was awsome and very approachable with things discussed and valued her opinions and suggestions. As a result we ordered our first WRX Ltd on our second visit.Great atmosphere and group of people to do business with. I would suggest Subaru of Kennesaw to anyone who is interested in a Subaru. Looking forward to getting any other future cars from them. All the staff actually were all pleasant to us and very welcoming. All the the way to signing papers with Carlos Torres was pleasant .Stephanie made us feel like family there and she notified me of the eta on my order and to my surprise it arrived sooner than we expected it which was even more . The same day the car arrived Stephanie was there waiting on me to check it out and test drive it without any hesitation. We have always received great service for our Forester at Subaru of Kennesaw and loved the car. While there my wife called and said she loved the looks of the new Outback in their showroom. After an hour or so of research on the internet I found that the car was very highly rated and decided to contact Stephanie Frazier a internet sales rep to start the process. Stephanie was able to find the car options we wanted and I was able to negotiate a great price and trade for our forester over the phone. I drove to the dealership and drove home in our new Outback within an hour of my arrival. We have been very pleased over the years with the exceptional service at this dealership and have found they have a sales team to match. More

Joseph Ball was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He made me feel important, relaxed, and comfortable. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeble about the vehicle. I had an emergency come up and had to leave the dealership suddenly and he checked on me after I left to make sure everything was ok. All of the other individuals I worked with remembered that I had an emergency and when I returned to the dealership, checked to see that everything was ok. This was a fantastic buying experience. This is my first subaru and after this, will not be my last. More

Positive first new-car-buying-experience I recently went through my first new-car-buying process for a 2015 Subaru WRX. I initially reached out the the online shopping department at the Kenn I recently went through my first new-car-buying process for a 2015 Subaru WRX. I initially reached out the the online shopping department at the Kennesaw Subaru by requesting a quote through their website. Stephanie got back to me quickly and we were able to arrange a test drive soon after. I went in and Stephanie was very helpful, patient (my first manual transmission car), and knowledgeable. Even after my extensive research, I still learned about some features on the WRX that I was previously unaware of. We talked about various trims, options, and colors for my WRX. I had my heart set on either a WR blue or white one. Unfortunately both were pretty popular colors and the Kennesaw Subaru didn't have one in the specific trim I wanted. Stephanie offered to either trade for one or order one from the factory, and offered me a very fair price. She was understanding that I would need to think about it, and wasn't pushy at all. Ultimately, I chose to get the WR blue one, and Stephanie was only able to located a white one that she could trade for. Although I ended up purchasing my car from a dealer out of state, I am still thankful for the help that Stephanie offered me. I would definitely recommend my friends to check out the Kennesaw Subaru and especially Stephanie for their Subaru buying needs. More
