THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP. 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVE 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET REPAIRED THE DOWNTOWN FELIX DEALERSHIP. . They charged me $800 to run a test while I was in distress. My car was towed in and I had to pay this fee in order for them to look at it. Later they presented me with an estimate of $16,000.00 for a repair that later only cost me $6k else wherever. They Charged me $800 plus to run a diagnostic test. Just DISGUSTING. It took the SERVICE MANAGER 2 months to call me back, he was not HEPFUL, WAS VERY RUDE AND tried to justify BAD BEHAVIOR. More

Said my car didn't have magnetic ride suspension, even though it's standard equipment on a Grand Sport. They don't know the cars they're working on. They also returned my car 100x dirtier than I handed it though it's standard equipment on a Grand Sport. They don't know the cars they're working on.
