I had an appointment at noon I dropped the car off at 11:50am. I then called around 1:30pm my car wasn’t in the shop yet or seen. The girl tells me they service the people waiting first.I mean then why have an appointment I think it’s very unfair! I was picked up by someone so I didn’t have to sit around and wait for it. Every other time I came there I would wait and it would be 2-3 hours just to do an oil change that takes 30-45 minutes tops! Honda hasn’t accommodated me in any way since getting this car I will sure be happy once I turn in the lease to Honda and will make sure I never purchase anything from Honda! I pay my bill on time every month I had a Honda civic before this car and to be treated like this is very unfair! I will also write a letter directly to the CEO of Honda explaining my frustration with Honda. More
