I had an appointment at noon I dropped the car off at 11:50am. I then called around 1:30pm my car wasn’t in the shop yet or seen. The girl tells me they service the people waiting first.I mean then why h 11:50am. I then called around 1:30pm my car wasn’t in the shop yet or seen. The girl tells me they service the people waiting first.I mean then why have an appointment I think it’s very unfair! I was picked up by someone so I didn’t have to sit around and wait for it. Every other time I came there I would wait and it would be 2-3 hours just to do an oil change that takes 30-45 minutes tops! Honda hasn’t accommodated me in any way since getting this car I will sure be happy once I turn in the lease to Honda and will make sure I never purchase anything from Honda! I pay my bill on time every month I had a Honda civic before this car and to be treated like this is very unfair! I will also write a letter directly to the CEO of Honda explaining my frustration with Honda. More

The service was and is great at this dealership. They greet me with kindness. Stephanie and her coworkers are excellent. The service of the vehicle was performed promptly and quickly. No complaints.
