Stefani was very helpful in explaining the features of the SUV and when the auto detailing was not satisfactory after a $900 Zurich treatment she stepped in and had it corrected. My comment is that when I first looked at the car plus after I paid for the treatment, there were buffing compound spots that were disturbing to me and I think the auto should have been spotless initially but it most certainly should have been spotless after the Zurich treatment where possible and it was not. I initially mentioned this to Stefani after first viewing the car and then again after the treatment. More
