2019 4runner Steen, Rick and Carlos all went above and beyond to sell us a new 4runner, we bought our 2016 4runner from Findley and it was time for a new one. We live across town and only 2 miles from Toyota dealer on our side of town, they had horrible customer service. So it is worth it to travel 35 miles to be treated very well. Great, exceeded expectations Had previously met Steen about a year ago. Although we couldn’t finalize a deal, I was impressed by his personality and knowledge. One year later I’m looking for a new vehicle and I unexpectedly stopped by Findlay Toyota after shopping at 2 other dealers I was frustrated and I remembered Steen. We immediately started crunching the numbers and while there I received a call from another dealer. I told her I’d call back. Stern and I went outside to look at a car I’d be happy with and we found one. I returned the other dealers call and respectably declined her offer and accepted Steens offer. Done deal!! More
