I want to share my recent experience with the new car sales team. I was prepared to purchase a Sierra 1500 AT4X. First, I was passed from one associate (Steve) to the other (Dereck) due to him going o sales team. I was prepared to purchase a Sierra 1500 AT4X. First, I was passed from one associate (Steve) to the other (Dereck) due to him going out of town. Fine, I understand, but the second associate (Dereck) communication was slow and not up to standards. It’s been almost a week with no response after following up twice. These guys don’t want to sell. They also are dishonest so do your research. Steve told me specific add-ons arrive installed already from GM, but after sending him a screenshot of the sales sticker showing it’s dealer-installed, he goes silent 🦗. If communication and transparency is this difficult while you're trying to earn my business, I have no confidence in what happens if I purchased from this dealership. I had a better experience from both Texan and Wiesner GMC Buick. FYI: I did share my experience with feedback@demontrond.com and no response so save your time. More
