I flew into Tampa to pick up my vehicle, giving the salesman a full week's notice to have it cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was still sitting in the back lot and hadn't been prepa salesman a full week's notice to have it cleaned and ready. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was still sitting in the back lot and hadn't been prepared. It would have been nice if the vehicle had been cleaned and ready for pickup as expected. Rivard clearly moves a high volume of vehicles, and it shows—speed seems to take priority over customer experience. That said, they remain the price leader, and in this case, you get what you pay for. More

I like the convenience of the one stop shop when purchasing a vehicle. However, the process still needs refinement on reducing customer time at the dealership. Ultimately, Rivard Buick GMC was chosen because of the price (and location) and nothing else. Their price was unbeatable, but frankly the sales staff leaves much to be desired. We had already decided on t price (and location) and nothing else. Their price was unbeatable, but frankly the sales staff leaves much to be desired. We had already decided on the car online before even speaking to anyone, so their only purpose was answer questions, and sometimes it felt like pulling teeth. Nice enough, but lacking on assistance. We also got ghosted on a question we asked after the purchase, which wasn't unexpected, but still not pleasant. More
