I stoped in without an appointment for an oil change. Service department got me as soon as possible. But, I wasn’t aware of the price went up from 20.00 to 60.00. And the 60 if you don’t have a coupon . Service department got me as soon as possible. But, I wasn’t aware of the price went up from 20.00 to 60.00. And the 60 if you don’t have a coupon . With coupon, it cheaper. I think vision should have kept it at the 20.00 mark. More

Bought a brand new $41000 Tuscan and and brought it in to check issue with the idle stop and go feature not working properly and undercoating I was promised when purchased Left my car there and when returned check issue with the idle stop and go feature not working properly and undercoating I was promised when purchased Left my car there and when returned 7hs later at 5p because no one called with an update my car was no where to be found. 10 minutes later it appeared. It had supposedly at the detail shop across the street. When it arrived my son was in his car in parking lot and saw them flying in the parking lot like a vat out of xxxx and then saw Vision employee get out with a backpack he had filled with stuff before exiting my car and food bags. Then I realized when I got in my car that there were 17 extra miles put on my car. So he was using it for personal use. Then get a few miles down the road and turn on my radio and had a new issue with the volume going all the way to 45(max) and would not go down or turn off. So I contacted the manager at Vision Hyundai Canandaigua and she told me she was going to review the video cameras. I brought it back in the following day to look at first issue again and the new issue that appeared while in their care s as bd asked manager about the video and she did not check cameras she asked the employee who obviously wss as s not going to tell her he was out driving my car. A week of having my car and got it back with no resolve. I told them when I dropped it off when the issue with the IGS happen the car acts like it doesn’t want to start and then when driving I cannot accelerate it acts like it is in neutral. I said the 2 issues are related so if it starts normal the IGS problem won’t happen. So when I picked it up she said they couldn’t find anything wrong and they drove it 3-4 times for about 100 miles. Which I told them there was no need to drive it if the car started normal. So 1 week without my car that only has 5500 miles on it and nothing got resolved and no one in trouble for joy riding in MY brand new car. Said they can give me the phone number to Hyundai. More
