I grew up in Central New Jersey. I have worked in the automotive industry for 19 years holding positions in sales, sales management, eCommerce director, and general manager. I also spent many years working with auto dealers all over the country training them on delivering the best customer experience. I recently became a published author. Since life is short I want to accomplish so many things so that I can leave a mark. I live with my beautiful wife, Jennifer and our fur babies (Cartier, our dog along with our cats Sasha and Lexi). I play guitar (with a collection of 12) and attend concerts. I also enjoy wine and cigars. Most importantly, I love my job and career and look forward to serving you.

Hello, I reviewed the situation. If we are going to leave reviews let's tell the whole truth. Management confirmed that you visited our dealership. Apparently, you came in with a negative attitude and a chip on your shoulder. We had three people move cars around to get you the car you came here for. Since we are in the Bronx and land locked it might take longer than usual to pull out a vehicle. Also, since we are a pre-owned dealer sometime we will not always know about the vehicle as we are not factory certified. You were not here very long and you did not give us a chance to work with you because you had your guard up the whole time. While we are not always perfect this is certainly a situation that came from no fault of our own. We are sorry that you did not like your experience here and/or if you had a bad day that day.
