They had a great deal on the car right off the bat, no haggling needed. They offered more for my trade than anyone else right away, again no haggling needed. The salesman was knowlegeable about the car, which was new to me. Most of the time I end up explaining features of the car to the sales staff after doing a bunch of research online before I head to the lot. There was no pressure to add on any extras either. I was very happy that they didn't play any of the usual car dealership games with me. More
