Got Finacing but want fax paper work to purchase They got my financed and under my chapter 13, there is certain documents needed from them to my attorney to approve my purchase. They sent over everything except one form and has giving me the run around about for two weeks. One salesman (Mr. Trueheart) personally lies to me about calling me back and calling my attorney. Every time I call there to see a sales manager, they are never in the building. I live and hour away and work 12 hours everyday so it’s hard to go the dealership on multiple occasions. I took of work today to get this handled and now the customer care manager text me ( would not answe my calls though) all day Saturday and this morning but now I can’t even get an answer from him or her as well. This dealership has done nothing but give me the runaround after runaround. I will never recommend this dealership to no one ever!!!!!! The doors need to be closed More

I drove an hour an ten minutes to a appointment at a Nissan to look at a certain truck, only to get there and be told that truck was sold the night be I drove an hour an ten minutes to a appointment at a Nissan to look at a certain truck, only to get there and be told that truck was sold the night before(along with three others I had ask about), yep I was not happy, then I received a call from Stacy at Five Star, extremely helpful, and very concerned that I have a great experience with her dealership, THANK YOU Stacy Campbell for going above and beyond, and then she put my wife and I with certified sales professional, Jodie Eakins, and he treated us great! First thing we told him , we are on a very tight schedule and had to leave by a certain time, the man ran himself ragged getting four different vehicles for us to drive and check out, we did decide on one of these, and with an e-price that Stacy and I had worked out the day before, then some arm twisting on Jodie's part, the price was right, paperwork printed, signed, vehicle detailed, gas filled up, and we were gone right on time.. Thank you Stacy Campbell and Jodie Eakins for the best truck buying experience ever, I will recommend you guys, and will return for all my vehicle needs! More

She was super with quick reply’s and great at communicating myneeds and wants and what was available to us! It truly is a special dealership! Every person we met was wonderful. Don Johnston was our sales guy and was a delight to work with! He kept his word though out our deal and also afterwards by following up with my husband and I. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and took his time with us! Mario is in charge at the dealership I believe the GM. He is a delightful young man that my husband and I greatly appreciated and quickly respected! He was very easy to deal with and so personable. I seriously wanted to be his friend when we left. He seems to be a great leader for the dealership with a lot of heart in the game! We really enjoyed dealjng with Mario! Kimiai I believe was the gentleman that was available to explain all of our new vehicle’s features! He was super sweet and very prompt! Our finance guys name was also Don and he was super and kept us laughing! The dealership was great! My husband and I actually traded and bought 2 new vehicles on the same day!!!
