Worst experience by far. Lied to us about not having these keys to the car, that they would need to "re-cut the keys" and it would take a few days, just to find out they sold it to someone else days lat these keys to the car, that they would need to "re-cut the keys" and it would take a few days, just to find out they sold it to someone else days later. I would first like to say that I've been buying a car for over 40 years and I've never experienced anything like this before, I found a used vehicle at this location and agreed to the price and the Taxand do over 40 years and I've never experienced anything like this before, I found a used vehicle at this location and agreed to the price and the Taxand doc fees but the item that shocked me the most was that I needed to buy the Napleton experience (I never heard of this). The experience is a one-year unlimited service, Windshield replacement, and Key Fab replacement, I told the person that I don't live here and I will make my purchase virtual and pick up my vehicle once completed. This was so out of character for any dealership and they should have their licenses revoked for this type of behavior. Regards, Randy Koslen More

The vehicle price on the sales contract was $2500 higher than the sticker price. The internet special discounted the sticker price by $3300 but the salesman would not discuss internet prices and the new car manager said the car was discounted. I can add and $23000 - $3300 does not equal a price $2500 higher than sticker price. The dealership added multiple fees I was shown removed and finally agreed on a price. When I got the final paperwork the dealership hid these fees under other line items. I would not recommend North Palm Hyundai. More
