**MUST READ FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS**It’s April and I **MUST READ FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS** It’s April and I purchased my car in February. Dikerson was my Sales Rep and he has tried to always help me whe **MUST READ FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS** It’s April and I purchased my car in February. Dikerson was my Sales Rep and he has tried to always help me when he can. Some of the staff here are absolutely amazing and try their best, not sure if it is management i should blame. If you plan to purchase your vehicle please do a full inspection and understand the “VIP” service isn’t so “VIP” i purchased it to receive the perks it mentioned and I’ve been let down more than once in this short period. Free unlimited car wash - is an exterior wipe down and my windows still had stuff on it. When i got in my car i was surprised not even a basic vacuum or dash wipe down. Didn’t expect a whole detail shampoo seats but my car basically looked the same as i brought it in. Time for a loaner car instead of sitting here waiting since i have two children age 1 and 5 they seem to one never have it or never want to give them out. The car exterior coat -___- yeah right. I know the car is used with only 14,000 miles (which everything was perfect and for the most part still is) When i was given the car i never looked in the glove compartment until i got home to use the manual and there was mildew all inside the Manual and in my glove compartment. There was mini stains on the top of the car & almost like coffee in the middle car charger area. Oh and i didn’t look at the top of the car thank god for my step dad looking at the top of the car the antenna was cracked and my radio wasn’t working properly. I made my complaints they took a month to order the antenna because they “forgot” to order it when i made a complaint, now they tell me i have to worry about getting a manual from Chevy because management doesn’t want to look for one for me. So i contact Chevy because at this point I’m over Napleton Kia Customer Service and False advertising I feel like I was robbed the only good thing here is the two gentlemen that try to turn my mood that is Mr. V in service and Dikerson the sales rep. BEYOND PISSED i went the extra mile to make sure i got all the coverage and “vip” service to be treated like i got bare minimum trying to get free stuff when in fact i paid extra to make sure i would be taken care of in the best way. WASTE OF MONEY More
