I dread dealerships, I dread salespeople. . But wasn’t too worried as we were returning customers to MK Smith. But when we walked in I was bummed as the person we purchased from was no longer . But Let me name a few people who took care of us and I feel they will do the same for you! Javier the sales manager was great. He worked with us countless hours on a deal that worked for our family and got us into a beautiful truck. We didn’t feel he was ever lying to us or making us feel pressured into making a decision that would later hurt us or we would regret. He was caring and supportive the entire time. He worked very hard to get us where we felt comfortable. John the one who had my truck washed and showed us how to use the new features on it was amazing. He was also kind and caring. Every question he helped us out. He gave us tips on how to work the new features too! He even grabbed the big red bow so I could get the picture I’ve always wanted! He never made us feel rushed. He was very customer service oriented. He was truly the BEST!!! Jay the general manager of the dealership was also another great guy to work with. He was kind & honest. He worked with us on choosing and deciding on the service agreement. We felt it was the right choice for us and the truck. We didn’t feel pressure to purchase it but that it was the right choice for us. Jay was patient with us as well during the entire process. Imarey was kind and patient as well and actually is the one who got us in the dealership by communicating online. Lastly Stacie! Financing department! The Perfect kind soul to seal the deal! She’s kind, sweet and authentic and caring. She’s the breath of fresh air after sitting in the dealership all day! She is very thorough in explaining everything You are signing, and making sure everything is correct. MK Smith is the place to purchase! More
