Despite that, Stacey found a way to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttle me to work amazingly fast. I had the car back in a few hours. It's hard to imagine any better service than that! This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership. I am extremely loyal to the Mercedes brand and love the way everyone at this dealership pampers their customers. With this last vehicle that I purchased, a 2020 GLB, I dealt with Max Kovacs, who was extremely professional and attentive. I will be back to give him more business. He was not pushy and answered all my questions, even when my questions were skipping from car to car when I was being indecisive. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. I would also like to give kudos to Jeanette, the receptionist who always greeted me with a smile. Further, even the employees I have dealt with in the past have given me exemplary service. Cody, Sean, and Stacey are true professionals. It is very easy to see that employees here like their jobs. Was impressed that i was able to get a mercedes To just have faith. Though i was and still very displeased that i had to put my own license plate on amd that it didnt even have screws.
