No wonder there are a bunch a bad reviews. Called to schedule for an oil change at about 500 miles before my return for service sticker. Arrived at my appointment few minutes early stated I was waiting for my car and that I had rearranged my whole day for this appointment. AJ at the service desk waited on me and gave me some xxxxxxxx excuse as to why my oil change would not be complimentary now. Stated I would have to pay. If this is how loyal customers are treated at your dealership that’s is very very disappointing and AJ had not a care in the world about his customer service. I will never step back foot in this dealership again and will go to west Chester from now on. They obviously had training on customer service and how to treat people. More

Customer service is really bad here, as the paying customer you have to reach out to them. The Service Center at Springfield Hyundai, PA, has left me with a negative experience due to its failure to complete the services I had paid for, its lack of transparency, and its refusal to take responsib me with a negative experience due to its failure to complete the services I had paid for, its lack of transparency, and its refusal to take responsibility for its actions. This has led me to the decision to never purchase another Hyundai vehicle. My coolant reservoir was left empty after a flush that was discovered months later by another auto shop. I paid for a diagnostic after being told I needed a $1,265 replacement part. I found the tech never ran the device diagnostic. Later, the manager replied to the BBB that the tech looked at the vehicle, which was the diagnostic. Within 150 miles, my 2021 Elantra has reset itself; months later, my part is still properly working. A look-and-see diagnostic from Springfield Hyundai cost me $215.00, but Auto Zone would have performed my device diagnostic for FREE. No need since I purchased a pro device for $139.00, which is on sale now from Amazon for $99.00. Despite the severity of my issues, the General, Service, and Assistant Managers have disregarded my concerns. I have official complaints with the Hyundai Corporation and the Better Business Bureau. As a solution, I’ve asked for full transparency for all customers and accountability for their actions. Unsurprisingly, the Hyundai Corporation has sided with the dealership as my battle with the BBB dwindles. Three months and no resolution. Throughout my experience, I’ve been met with deception, lies, and deflection, with no solution. Good luck if you have a complaint. I had the opportunity to check out the Service Manager’s 1-star rating; maybe you should, too! More

Service department is the worse. They give you no update on your vehicle. You purchase a vehicle from them with 3 year maintenance, come to find out strictly oil change, everything They give you no update on your vehicle. You purchase a vehicle from them with 3 year maintenance, come to find out strictly oil change, everything else you are responsible for. Worse mistake I did was leave Toyota for Hyundai. Toyota gives you updates every time your car went in for service. And when Toyota gives you, I believe 2 year maintenance that includes everything filters change, tap off all fluid, rotate tires. These goobers at Hyundai charged me over $300. and only 2 years into me buying my car. Went to Toyota to trade my Hyundai in, but everything is on back order, decided to try Volkswagen and left with one of a 2022 Taos. Hyundai I really would not recommend them. More
