I was recently shopping for a new truck for 8+ months and my experience here at Liliston was BY FAR the best I have had in that entire time frame. From the moment someone from their customer service team rea my experience here at Liliston was BY FAR the best I have had in that entire time frame. From the moment someone from their customer service team reached out to me in regard to my trade-in inquiry, everyone was very nice, patient, informative and most of all - NOT pushy. The trade in offer was extremely competitive without need for negotiation and the painstaking back and fourth most car dealerships force on you the moment you walk through the door. My sales consultant, Nick Boyle was very anxious to help and find me exactly what I wanted/needed from the jump. Many times he stopped to go over everything with me and ensure that I was going to be entirely happy with my decisions, rather than pushing me uncomfortably to close a deal. Nick and the rest of the Liliston team were also very patient and accommodating to me and my (many) small children who had to tag along throughout the process. In my case, I ordered a new truck and Nick also made sure that he kept me posted every step along the way for the status of completion and delivery. Upon picking up, there were no hidden surprises or stipulations and Nick and the sales team kept their word on everything that was discussed 1-2 months prior which made for an entirely enjoyable and stress free close to this process. Last week I took my daughter to see Mike because she also wanted to purchase a Grand Cherokee. She had purchased a brand new GMC Terrain from another dealer 14 months ago and she just didn't love it. Mike was able to get her in a Grand Cherokee that she loves. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. But the best part is, he is so easy to work with.
