Worst customer service ever They don’t care if you are a Loyal customer All they care is your name. They don’t want to honor any offers or coupons that they give you m. Scott service manager is arrogant and thinks he knows more than you. He said that he wanted to educate me lol which to me it’s was funny. You go school to get educated not a deslership. Jesús Rosario is just not friendly. He said it would take 60 minutes that have a tire changed but instead it took 3 1/2 hours . Nobody care. I sorry to say this dealership needs some sore of coaching from Dodge Corporate offices. They also have a sign where it says “ we only use synthetic oil “ ever since when Dodge decided to only use synthetic oil for all of their vehicles. I think the manager decided to do that just so they can charge more money. Just stay away from this please. Go somewhere else. They will make you feel like you are a problem if you complaint about what they are doing wrong More
