I had an excellent experience with my sales consultant Derrick and sales manager Spencer. I enjoyed the low-pressure atmosphere in the sales process. This carried on in the finance office with Steve. Well, here's one more 1 star review to add to the long list of bad reviews for this dealership. Unfortunately we came to this dealership first in our car buying adventure. After the test drive, the manager Spencer made us an offer to keep us at the dealership. We told him we appreciated the offer but just needed to test drive another car before making the final decision. After we test drove another car we decided to go back to this dealership and buy the car with the deal Spencer offered us. However, when we called they said that the deal was no longer on the table because we left. These guys are bottom feeders - the worst of the worst. Stay away!! More

The amount of times I was lied to just to get me in the sales office was unbelievable. After agreeing on the price and finalizing details, the incentives were removed, the price was INCREASED, and verbatim sales office was unbelievable. After agreeing on the price and finalizing details, the incentives were removed, the price was INCREASED, and verbatim was told by Spencer "I don't care about selling you the car because I've sold so many today anyways." Jesus, I was the only customer inside with 10 salesman waiting around on their phones... at least try to be believable. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I'll make sure none of my friends/family ever bother going to this dump. More
