We were looking at a used car they had on their lot and I negotiated a very good deal over the phone and received a text to confirm the price we settled on in writing. The deal was more than $1000 better than surrounding offers on the same car so very little negotiating was needed, but they were still flexible. When we got to the dealer it was a VERY nice facility (it looked brand new but was apparently a number of years old), and the staff was incredibly friendly. Even though we were looking at a Ford they never tried to show us a Hyundai or any other car in the lot. It feels good to not have any pressure and be able to make a decision as a family. I am very grateful for the experience we had, call and ask for Spence! More

Great People! Everyone was so nice and polite when we went in! They took the time to let us test drive the car we wanted during the day AND during the night. In addition to the above description, Spence is extremely likable, has only one agenda and that is ensuring that the buyer is satisfied with the vehicle and price they are paying. Jason was very fair with us. Audrey, well she is a gem! She has the ability to articulate and breakdown any contract and put it in layman's terms without missing a beat! Take this review to heart.
