I reached out to Neillo and was originally connected with Spencer of online sales he quickly got back to me in regards to the vehicle I was interested in and set it aside immediately after letting him know I Spencer of online sales he quickly got back to me in regards to the vehicle I was interested in and set it aside immediately after letting him know I’d head up there. Upon arrival I was greeted and worked with Nathan, who was very friendly and helpful with the purchase. Financing with Will was pain-free an enjoyable experience. Will found me a great loan option with all the bells and whistles under my desired monthly . My sales person Spencer was excellent and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him! I was not entirely happy with my overall experience at Niello Volkswagen but had had to do more with th definitely purchase another vehicle from him! I was not entirely happy with my overall experience at Niello Volkswagen but had had to do more with the person coming up with the final price of my lease. I don’t think he was entirely honest with me and could have done a much better job to get me closer to the National Ad lease that was advertised. I even went in earlier that day to talk about the extra fees that could raise my lease payments because I was already aware that there are different taxes in different states among other fees so I wouldn’t be surprised or disappointed. He was not looki g out for my best interest or doing his best to honor the lease special. Instead I feel like he was capitalizing on the race to get these ID.4 lease vehicles and using that too make as much money as possible instead of doing whatever he was able to do within his capabilities to get my lease payments as low as he really could which would have brought me much closer to the Volkswagen National Lease Special for the 2024 ID.4 S with the 63 kWh battery.
