Unfiltered review: Before coming to the dealership I had spoken to salesman #1 on the phone to confirm if a vehicle was available and that I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted by anoth spoken to salesman #1 on the phone to confirm if a vehicle was available and that I would be there in 30 minutes. Upon arrival I was greeted by another very pushy salesman#2. Salesman #1 Gets into an argument with salesman #2 right in-front of me for approximately 1 minute before the floor sales manager comes over and also gets into an argument with salesman #2. During the argument I heard things being said such as “you don’t steal another man’s sale it’s respect” and “ I don’t even want the sale anymore”. At this point I had had enough. I told them I was done and wanted to leave and the sales manager refused to give me my keys to my car without a valid response as to why I was leaving. After receiving my keys and leaving I received a phone call from salesman #1 calling to tell me how rude and disrespectful I was for not coming to him when I arrived at the dealership…. At this point I was done with this dealership. I had spoken to a Salesman named Spencer before this incident and he was a very professional, understanding, easy going and respectful of my time. I had got in touch with him through the stores manager and was able to strike a deal on a 2018 chevy Silverado. Needless to say if you plan to come here and buy a car be very careful with who your salesman is because they might call you and insult you. Spencer: 5 stars Dealership: You got some improving to do. I had a very good experience at Bomnin, got the car I wanted, got a pretty good deal, had an excellent salesperson in Spencer.
