I grew up loving Volkswagens with many family members owning them. I went to Pittsford-Mendon High School and St. John Fisher College with a degree in Marketing. I now live in Fairport with my amazing wife Kristin and son. We have two dogs and a cat. In my spare time I enjoy the driving my 2016 Golf R, taking family trips and spending time with family on Canandaigua Lake. Love to visit my favorite city Pittsburgh. Go Steelers!

A perfect experience! Simply put, I had a perfect experience. I saw a beautiful Jetta online and wanted to buy it quickly. I called Ide Volkswagen to see if I could come in Simply put, I had a perfect experience. I saw a beautiful Jetta online and wanted to buy it quickly. I called Ide Volkswagen to see if I could come in to possibly buy it. When I arrived, the exact car I saw online was warmed up and ready for the test drive. Mr. Clarke took me on a test drive, during which he was able to answer my questions and tell me more about the car. I was sold on the car during the test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, he navigated me (comfortably) through all of the paperwork. He made the process easy, stress-free, and exciting. The car was ready that very afternoon, washed, cleaned, and with a full tank of gas. It truly was a perfect experience. More

Quick to respond and willing to accomodate Wanted to see a pre-owned vehicle that had just come onto the lot. Spencer was quick to respond and set up a convenient time to meet. I enjoyed not being "sold to" with just the facts being discussed. Many dealers will try and upsell you and press you into the sale with grandiose statements about how many cars they move and the current satisfaction rating they enjoy. The process was easy and they turned the deal around quickly. I wish that all of my dealership experiences were a comfortable as this one. More
