They are so superb I transact ALL repair service there regardless of OEM manufacturer brand. I am always given OEM parts NOT aftermarket with a detailed diagnostic explanation. Moreover they are patient with your payment NOT charging you storage fees. I am a lifetime loyalty customer with over $40,000 in body shop repairs sine the 1990’s. More

Unable to fix problem so they stopped responding. They had my vehicle for several weeks and when we pushed to get repair done they said come pickup your vehicle. No one returns calls or follows thru They had my vehicle for several weeks and when we pushed to get repair done they said come pickup your vehicle. No one returns calls or follows thru on promises. Service Manager won't return calls after repeated attempts to reach him. Service advisor keep voicemail full so they don't have to accept new messages. I have even called Ford Motor Co. to log complaints not much help or follow through More
