Sonya gave great communication throughout the entire process of ordering a car. She quickly got me an allocation and had the car in production shortly after. 3. Sonya is no nonsense and does not waste your time -- this is rare when buying a new car and she is my go to for future BMWs 4. Cody (Finance director) was quick and efficient and handled the paperwork quickly via Zoom. This is very easy. 5. Sonya managed a Performance Center delivery for me and it was seamless. Other dealers did not even think this was still an option and did not know how to order a custom M3 I love this model for purchasing a new vehicle and appreciate how easy it was to get exactly what I wanted. We will be going with Sonya for future purchases (already sent someone her way for another BMW)! More
