Brought my car to this dealership for s check engine light on. They had my car for almost 2 weeks while supposedly waiting on parts for an oil pump replacement. They returned my car to me and my check e light on. They had my car for almost 2 weeks while supposedly waiting on parts for an oil pump replacement. They returned my car to me and my check engine light came back on almost immediately. Brought it back the next day and they had it an additional week claiming they just couldn’t figure it out. They cleared thr lightband when I picked up the vehicle again, the check engine light came back on. Once I took the car to a different dealership they came back to me within an hour showing me a video of all the damage found underneath including bent axle, smashed transmission line and all sorts of other issues that anyone working on the vehicle with eyes would have seen. When confronting this dealership with this they said i don’t know maybe they never had it on a lift. How did they do an oil pump replacement and NOT see everything else when they had the car for 3 weeks! Will never return and will tell anyone that listens to NEVER go there More

It took a week for an oil change. Several calls and emails were sent to try and getnour jeep back. Nobody would return our calls. We had to go down and demand our car back.
