Very knowledgeable about the cars. We were able to work everything out including the price. My husband is now looking to come and get himself a Maserati and only wants to deal with Somphet. Worth the drive to Atlanta and back. You guys are amazing. We won’t be buying any Alfa Romeo or Maserati without Somphet. She is a credit to Jim Ellis and his corporation. More

Purchased my second Alfa here. Was trying to be loyal, but had a terrible experience with the second Alfa. It currently has warning messages on even though the car was at the dealer for 2 days, but it wasn’t fixed. The dealer isn’t very responsive at all, and I tried copying the GM and everyone else I could find. The only positive here is the sales person, her name is Somphet. She always tries her best, but it is the only one I would ever si bussines with. The sales manager, his name is Adam ignored all of my emails and text messages regarding the issue as well as pricing the car for a replacement. Terrible, just terrible way to do buss. I cannot believe this is a Jim Ellis dealer since Mr Ellis was always all about the customer. More

The service department here is terrible. We purchased our Alfa Romeo Stelvio here, sales was great, but service is a different story. We have had multiple issues without any change. We contacted the GM via email multiple times, no response. They have a service advisor that is a bully and couldn’t be more rude. His name is Jerry and we have tried reasoning with him as well without success. I would not use this dealership for your service related needs. I schedule appointments here because there are not many other Alfa dealers around us. To be fair, I tried everything I could to reach out to the GM and discuss ( Multiple issues, multiple times) without success. More
