My VW Jetta GLI was flooded in the hurricane Ida. I found a specific Arteon I was looking for on cars.com and got a call from Sohail Morris few minutes later. This was on LDW which surprised me that they were open. I negotiated with Sohail over the phone and left a deposit. Sohail was knowledgeable and professional. Treated me with respect through negotiations so I locked in the deal. They were the only VW dealership who was willing to negotiate and treated me like a person and not like just another sale. The following week I went to the dealership to see the car in person and to provide my information in preparations for signing/delivery. Dealership is nice and clean and looks very well maintained. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Delivery day was a breeze! Sohail helped me with all my requests and everything was ready upon my arrival. Christina Migliaccio was my finance manager who was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. She went over additional products and services and I purchased extended warranty. Delivery and signing couldn’t be easier and I’m extremely happy with my experience at Hamilton VW. Thank you to Sohail and Christina for an amazing car buying experience! More
