When I walk through the door Leo greeted me right away when I told him how bad my credit was he didn't say we wouldn't be able to help me he said we will find a car for you it didn't matter that my credit when I told him how bad my credit was he didn't say we wouldn't be able to help me he said we will find a car for you it didn't matter that my credit was bad he treated it like it was great. After Leo did his part he took me to meet with Sohail who worked my finance part they were looking for me to put down $1500 I told him I have no money and I was not going to borrow from anyone then he called the bank due to the car having over 62,000 miles the most years I could get for a loan is 48months I told him I can't pay $388/mo and I thanked him for everything he did to try to help me but it didn't stop there they were determined to help me get a car then Gloria called me and explained the lowest payment she can give me is $339/mo and I would have to pay biweekly and she also explained on how to rebuild my credit I was grateful for what the all did. Jeff worked so that a loan could be established. I was very happy because with my bad credit I was able to get a loan in my name without a co-signer now I can rebuild my credit thanks to these four individuals. Thank You, Terra More

We took it for a test drive, as i was already familiar with toyotas but he enlightened me on some of the features. Payment was my main concern and the prices were reasonable for a great car in the condition. He was friendly willing to work with any concerns i had. Paul helped us with all the paperwork. He made everything clear and strait forward. Sohail worked very hard on what i had been concerned with which was the payments. So thank you! Gloria also helped with the explanation of the payments and helped me understand some other important questions. It was my first BIG purchase, but honestly working in the area i should have considered coming sooner to search for a car. I was out looking for a car with a preapproved capital one loan. The criteria that they put on made it very diifcult to find a vehicle. I told them what I had and was told tehy had a few cars that had recently come in on trade. I came back later and found that waht they had gotten in wouldnt fit either. I sat and talked to Frank a bit and he gained my trust so I let him run a credit app even though I thought due to my lasst couple of years of problems I would never get anything. Was I suprised when He got Gloria to come and finalize my info for a purchase. THis was Tuesday evening. Wednesday afternoon I was told to come pick up my new car. I have never experienced a more pleasant and stress free experience in all my life. It all begins the moment you walk in through those doors. First , your greeted by their receptionist. She welcomes you with a smile and asks how can she help you. She then goes one step further and asks if you would like a cup of coffee . " help your self and please make your self comfortable" " WOW " . Stress level went down . I then met Sales person Dan Roberts. Here we go again, He smiled,looked me straight in the eyes and shook my hand. From that moment on every one I came in contact with ( Gloria and Sohailbutt ) treated me in the same manner. Now lets get into the reason why I was there. I have been shopping around and visiting multiple car dealerships. looking for that perfect car and deal. I found a Mercedes in mint condition with unbelievable low mileage. The extras in this vehicle were to good to be true. The price for the car combined with what I was given for my 2002 Subaru ( 185,000 miles) trade-in just couldn't be passed up. For once , I felt that I walked away with the better deal. I am natural skeptic dealing with car salesman anyone will tell you. I believe their job is sell you to their advantage and get you off their lot and then whatever consequence befalls you is on you alone. I have to say I was glad to be proven wrong. Every step of the way my questions were answered promptly and clarifications made. Even upon closing the deal they gave me the best rate 2.9 percent interest on a beautiful Toyota Rav 4 2007 preowned at $18,000 with a mileage of 56,600. I had visited other dealerships that Toyota has throughout the state of Connecticut and nowhere save here did I find that good of a deal or the service package that came with it of the lo-jack, free oil change, car washes etctera also extended to me along with the follow up on my experience driving the RAV 4 and if I had any concerns they would be addressed. Fantastic! More

I was looking for a car on the internet and I came across Toyota of Wallingford. I made an appointment with Dan Roberts to see a car I really liked for my daughter. I went with my husband and daughter but when we got to the dealer, everything changed for the better because we ended up buying a better car: 09 Camry. Dan was very courteous and he made us feel like family. We felt the same way with Gloria Fernandez. She was very nice and helpful with everything; she even helped us get a low interest rate with the Finance Director Sohail Butt who was also a very nice guy. I love all three of them. I would really really recommend this dealer to anyone. This is the first time I could say the whole deal went through smoothly with no hidden fees, surprises of any kind, or pressure from any body. To the dealer I would give you this advice: Put Gloria on the Spanish channel "Univision" to bring more buyers because she has her way with words. I have seen Gloria on TeleMundo as well.
