I walked into this dealership just to request a quote for financing elsewhere and then i met Rick Gary from sales. Overall experience at this dealership was great, i was treated with respect from the moment i met Rick to the day i was called that my car is available and Sohail went over all the paper work with me with ease. Everyone at the dealership were helpful though i can't remember them all from sales to service and finance. I was so overwhelmed by there generosity and their caring nature that I actually broke down and cried.You have the best team of people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.We live in Windsor ct.its atleast a half-hour ride but we don't care we love you guys in Wallingford and will never go anywhere else and will definitely suggest you as a outstanding place to buy a car. . Not only would I recommend this dealership to others, I plan on continuing on doing business with them in the future. It is no wonder they have been rated the #1 Toyota Dealer in CT in 2012. They deserve it. Every individual along every step of the way made me feel that their main priority was customer satisfaction and not just selling me a vehicle. Gloria Fernadez, who is the Business Manager, was professional and thorough. There was no aggressive sales pressure from her, or anyone else that I had help me through the process. I did not feel rushed and my car was in pristine condition when delivered. They took the time to really show me all the ins and outs of my new Toyota. Leo Gallardo, Rick Gary, Sohail Butt and Stuart each went out of their way to enable me to get the car I wanted, and drive away with a smile on my face while believing that I had made the right decision to become a customer of Toyota of Wallingford and to buy a Toyota. Steve Zion, Sr., the dealership owner, obviously runs a good operation that's priority is first delivering on customer satisfaction and hiring and retaining good people. I have, and never have had, any connection with this dealership at all, except being a new customer. If you are wondering why I am describing things in great detail, it is because I was somewhat amazed at what I experienced. Mike Cote was a professional salesman. His demeanor and knowledge of the product was exemplary. Even though I knew the vehicle that I wanted, he never once tried to sway me from my goal which was owning th knowledge of the product was exemplary. Even though I knew the vehicle that I wanted, he never once tried to sway me from my goal which was owning the 2012 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior pick-up truck. I had a monthly payment in mind and a trade in price for my current vehicle. We were able to reach a more than agreeable deal at the end of the day. Mike was able to answer all my questions regarding this truck and even went out of his way to ensure I understood how to operate the navigational system and Bluetooth capabilities. Mike was extremely helpful the following day when I returned the dealership to inquire about additional accessories to my new truck. I have already told a number of friends and family about this dealership in which I have bought three vehicles from in the past and I have given them all Mike's name and number. Thanks again Mike.
