I met with Dan Roberts, who is personable, knowledgeable, patient and made sure that the experience was a pleasant one. He went the extra mile and gladly answered all my questions and concerns, in person and on the phone, regardless of the time. He loves his job and it shows. He's a great guy and it was my pleasure to meet and do business with him. He got me into a 2015 RAV4 limited and the whole process was painless. If you're in the market for a Toyota, make sure you ask for Dan; I promise you won't be disappointed. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Sohail Butt, who worked diligently in getting me the best rate up until the very last minute. He's a true gentlemen as well and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, taking his time to ensure everything was well-understood. The ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming as well. Lastly, I met with Frank Pagliuca before driving away in my new RAV. He's a personable guy with a quick smile, not to mention funny. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this easily stands out as my very best experience. I'm very particular and Toyota of Wallingford made a strong impact. I highly recommend. More

Fantastic Service! I went to Toyota of Wallingford as a recommendation from my mother because she has always gotten great service here; and that continues to be the case I went to Toyota of Wallingford as a recommendation from my mother because she has always gotten great service here; and that continues to be the case! Lou was right there when we walked through the doors and helped us for a good four hours on 5/8. He worked with what I was looking for ( a new Corolla) and we test drove some. When we went to price some out I realized that a new car was a little out of budget, but no worries! Lou had a used Corolla with everything I was looking for and fit within my budget! The whole time Lou was very personable and had a great sense of humor which made the whole process less daunting! I would definitely recommend Toyota of Wallingford to more friends and family! I am very pleased with my visit! More

Jonathan Mejia, our great salesperson, was very professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. He gave us his full attention and explained everything about the RAV4 and Camry, answered all our questions, and promptly responded to any followup questions we had. He was also very thorough in his explanation of the benefits of buying a Toyota as well as the difference between buying or leasing a vehicle. The entire dealership is respectful, friendly, and welcoming. In addition to working with Jonathan, we enjoyed working with Bill, Jay, and Sohail. Overall, purchasing our 2015 Rav4 was a wonderful experience and we would strongly recommend this dealership to others. More

Very knowledgeable, patient, honest, very energized and extremely helpful with all my options. I would definitely recommend her to my family, friends and anyone reading this review. This is our 3rd leased car from this dealership since 2012 (Camry SE 2012 for me, RAV4 2014 for my wife and Camry SE 2015 for me). Everyone here in sales and service, are very friendly and helpful. Also, I would love to thank the general manager Frank Pagliuca for his help and assistance; he is a great man and an excellent manager. He is always there for any help needed or question to be answered. Isaac Cardona, accessory manager was very good, helpful, knowledgeable and honest as well. And of course without forgetting, Sohail Butt, the finance director, he explained my contract very well and answered all my questions. He was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable besides taking my money. LOL!!! Overall, I had an excellent experience with this dealership. More

Because of my great experience buying the car and, also, trust in the service department, I returned to buy my second car. This time, I worked with Zubair Mumtaz and Sohail Butt to buy a new Toyota Prius. They made the whole process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, fairly quick and very smooth. Besides giving me a good price, they answered all of my questions and took care of transferring the insurance to my new car. Zubair also helped me return my rental car. I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership to others. Everyone I have interacted with there is very professional and courteous. More
