We have always found the Hopkins Honda welcoming! Teri has been our Sales Representative for the last two rentals. He has gone over board to meet our needs financially and personally. Temi found my favorite color RED. He helped navigated us through the paper work and communicating with Honda Financial. He even had us call to stop the automatic monthly payment. When we picked up the car, he had it cleaned and ready to go. He also cleaned our Odyssey mats from the previous Odyssey. He programmed my phone, the seats to both of our comfort level, and showed us how to use the key fob and key unlock the car. Temi is the ultimate professional.
