Terrible service! I have called them for three days and left messages and they never return them. I do not recommend them to anyone. There are other Hyundai dealership I have called them for three days and left messages and they never return them. I do not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. Contact is a joke. Flat tire repair. Under care coverage. Took two hours to reach someone in service and was then told to drop of the vehicle for Contact is a joke. No loaner vehicle would be provided. Good thing I paid extra for the Care Advantage plan. More

My blue link hasn’t worked in over a month. I have called snd left dozens of messages asking how to fix this. I have never gotten a call back. Don’t expect a call back unless it involves new charges.
