Very slow to respond and when asked for OTD pricing on a vehicle via email, I get a reply "We don't do business that way" - you have to come into the dealership and we'll talk. They when I finally get to t vehicle via email, I get a reply "We don't do business that way" - you have to come into the dealership and we'll talk. They when I finally get to the right person to give me pricing, I get a 25% OVER MSRP price!! I immediately discarded your dealership from consideration as ALL other 6 dealers I shopped had a slightly UNDER MSRP OTD price. I ended up purchasing last weekend from one of these dealerships - you lose a sale!! Good luck with THAT customer (NO) service. More

I love the new Kona we bought but it is now the most unprofessional service department I have ever seen. I wrote a review of this sales person, I think back in August of 2022. We bought a Limited Venue 2022. Nice car. Sale person was nice and helpful . After rethinking the price on the car @ $26,000 , I loo August of 2022. We bought a Limited Venue 2022. Nice car. Sale person was nice and helpful . After rethinking the price on the car @ $26,000 , I looked at others cars like mine and they sold for $24,000 plus. So I feel they made at least another $1,500 by up selling , or taking advance of us.We have bought 4 cars from this place. Next time, I may go some other place to buy a car.Enough said. More

My experience has been both ok and not great. I bought a Hyundai during the 2nd chances deal. I brought a cosigner. I went in to trade my Ford pickup for a different truck. I was told all I could get was Hy Hyundai during the 2nd chances deal. I brought a cosigner. I went in to trade my Ford pickup for a different truck. I was told all I could get was Hyundai car. I should have just left so that's on me. When I got home I noticed a huge hole under the matt of driver side floor. Lady's lesson learned make sure to check under the shining matt's. Simon was my sales guy. I told him about having rescues and needing a truck. Needless to say I was not heard. Yes my credit is bad. I am working on that. My spouse died of stomach cancer and I lost everything. I have an auto immune disease that at times is really bad me so making doctors appointments is super important. So not only does the car not meet my needs I hate it also. It broke down the other day after only having it for about a month. In fact a light came on and said safely stop the vehicle and don't drive. The manager of the service dept. Reset the light and suggested I drive it home. Yeah right. So now I am in a loner car that I can't put my animals in ruining my 4th as I could not take my fur babies to the river,but now the dealership says pay for 2 years and will get you in a truck. No thanks. I will make my payments as I said I will, however I will be buying a truck somewhere else when the time comes. I feel so stupid for thinking there 2nd chance program was a blessing. The only people getting helped here is the dealership. They put me in a $27,000 dollar car and said no smoking no pets. Yet drive our car and advertise for us.Never buying from this place again. Grateful to Credit acceptance and my cosigner definitely not grateful for the piece of xxxx car I don't like and scared to drive. Not to mention that they don't care about how my animals needs are being met. Caution lady's these sales men are very good at presenting what looks like a gift,at the end of the day it's really just another sale. In my opinion. More
