Hands-down friendliest staff! We were ready to give up but just in time found budget motors in Reno Nevada. Hands-down the friendliest staff in a Genuine way, Simon and Ed were very nice and extremely accommodating, and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for my daughter who saved up her own hard-working cash for two years. At this point, budget Motors is really the only used car dealership that I found that I could honestly recommend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else at this point, and I definitely wouldn’t go on Facebook or craigslist! My husband has been searching for a car for weeks. We drove by budget motors and decided to stop, and were greeted by Ryan. From the start Ryan was very welcoming. He walked us not very far and a car caught my husbands eyes. Ryan gave us great details about the car, and they went for a test drive. He was sold! Ryan, then, walked us through all of the finances and paperwork. All of this was with such ease and comfort. Ryan didn’t give us the ‘pushy salesman’ vibe whatsoever! All of the staff there were great, especially with our 3 year old, very energetic, son. Thank you to Ryan and the rest of his crew for an amazing experience. Normally, I don't like going to dealerships because of pushy salesman that are only thinking about their commission. However, Budget Motors had a couple of SUV's I was interested in, so we went. There was not a group of salesman waiting to follow us around. We asked a person for Daniel as he had responded to my inquiry on their website. With my negative thoughts about car salesman in my head, we met Daniel and he quickly changed my mind and actually gained my respect, which is not an easy thing to do. Daniel quickly arranged a test drive, pulled the BMW X5m to the front door and we dove off. When we returned, he brought us back inside and worked with us on price, finance and cash comparison vs interest rates. During the transaction we felt like he was working in OUR best interest. Daniel also saved us a LOT on a 3 year extended warranty as we are both U.S, Army veterans. So from one veteran to another, I say to Daniel, Thank You Brother. Any military vets that read this, ask for Daniel. He will do you right. And Thank You for your service. More
