Audi doesn't honor warranties. Shame on you. I paid for my warranty fair and square and I shouldnt have to pay for a diagnostic when I showed you my problem on video. I didn't ask, Shame on you. My car was in for warranty and needed an adjuster to stop out and approve the work. The adjuster took his good old time to show up, that’s not Audi‘s fault.
