Back in 2018/2019, our organization received a grant to purchase a van and someone recommended Mr. Ruth. I did not know how we were going to navigate it because we were so new to the process. He was and is always very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I also purchased a 2014 Chrysler back in 2018. I explained to him what I was looking for and, once again, he came through. On both occasions, I never felt any pressure and I didn't feel rushed. He listened to me which allowed me to trust him.
