Dealer will not service Kia vehicles not bought at their dealer, even in an urgent matter where the vehicle doesn’t start. The first question was did you buy the vehicle here? They reported they could not s dealer, even in an urgent matter where the vehicle doesn’t start. The first question was did you buy the vehicle here? They reported they could not service my vehicle until a month from the time it was towed there. I paid extra for a tow service to take my vehicle to a Kia dealer who provides superior service for any Kia vehicle. Car was diagnosed and repaired under warranty at a dealer 50 miles away. They even provided a loaner vehicle for that time. Wagner Kia did not want to service my vehicle because I did not buy the vehicle there.I am Disappointed that the dealer closest to my home runs a poor business model. The service department is not reliable for Kia customers that have not purchased a vehicle from them. More

Easy/fair purchase process + great support after purchasing I recently bought a new Kia Telluride from Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury. The price was fair versus what some other dealers in the region are charging, and I recently bought a new Kia Telluride from Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury. The price was fair versus what some other dealers in the region are charging, and Shirley and Edwin made the buying process easy -- we reached agreement over the phone, signed the purchase agreement over email, and I was able to pick up the car a few days later. While I've run into some issues with the vehicle, Edwin and the general manager Joe have gone out of their way thus far to address them, including involving Kia, for which I've been very appreciative -- their responsiveness, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile after I bought the car really left me with a positive impression. I'd highly recommend buying from this dealership. More

Not only were they easy to work with, I felt for the first time, buying a car, that it wasn’t adversarial. Honest people. I only wish they had a dealership in Rhode Island and not Shrewsbury! I will pu first time, buying a car, that it wasn’t adversarial. Honest people. I only wish they had a dealership in Rhode Island and not Shrewsbury! I will purchase another car there based on my experience at Wagner. Not to trash other dealerships but Bald Hill in Warwick RI should send their staff there for training. They’d learn a lot about good service. More

Over 10 years since buying a new car! Great experience with Shirley.
