A Connecticut native, Sheryl enjoys snowboarding and loves dirt bikes; hers is her favorite possession! A vegetarian, Sheryl's favorite food is mac n' cheese, but she loves a good meal either at home or at the Windjammer. If she could travel anywhere in the world, it would be to Europe, but for now she's happy at her favorite Vermont destination, Mount Mansfield. SO rude Called to try and ask a quick question about getting my window fixed. The woman told me that she can't help me if she isn't looking at the vehicle (wh Called to try and ask a quick question about getting my window fixed. The woman told me that she can't help me if she isn't looking at the vehicle (when I was trying to ask what I thought was a simple question). When I tried to explain what the issue was she kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. She then told me that she suggest I read the owner's manual and try to find a fix before calling them again. Definitely will NOT be going here for any more service (or vehicle purchase) moving forward. More
