Great experience !!!!!!! Again!!!!! So. I decided to take a look at the new MX-5. 2016. I purchased from Anthony a year ago and new that I would again receive great service. Well I did. So. I decided to take a look at the new MX-5. 2016. I purchased from Anthony a year ago and new that I would again receive great service. Well I did. Anthony is a great person to work with if you are considering purchasing. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. He obviously has the respect of all the mangers who, as a team, have made me feel like I am part of the Mazda of Roswell family. From the receptionist to Finance to the Internet manager and more, I experienced great service. I have always felt a sense that this dealership is more concerned about answering and addressing my questions and concerns, than in pushing me to buy. I have now experienced that " after the sale " customer service from the same team. Yes! Not just great service from the service department, (who are awesome buy the way), but from all of the team. I received rides to and from my job with the lot attendants. Josh made the ride pleasant and personal. We talked about his personal car and just general conversation. I purchased used before and this purchase was new. Both great. Ed, the GM, and his team have figured it out. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you guys, The bald guy More

Sold car while I was test driving, after my 2hr trip down. Terrible terrible experience, like having the car of your dreams given to you then taken away. We scheduled a test drive two days before, had confirmation he morning of and made the trip down. After arriving we were introduced to the finance people, taking current information on my trade, etc, and met the sales man who would be helping, of which was the nicest person at the dealership. After the test ride we were ready to start the paperwork, our salesman went to get paperwork started but returned within minutes to tell us the car was sold. We were so utterly shocked we thought he was kidding. I'm sure this is not an unheard of practice but I think a very dishonest way to practice business. I will never return here not recommend anyone More

Stay away i called this dealership and told them about the offer I had on the table and asked if they could beat it. They said they could come well under. I ma i called this dealership and told them about the offer I had on the table and asked if they could beat it. They said they could come well under. I made sure I told them the price 3 times, it was an hour drive for me so I wanted to be sure. The offer sheet came out and they were 1,700 more than the current offer. So obviously I was upset and want to let everyone know to stay clear of this dealership. They were the highest price off the 4 I dealt with for the same exact car. More

Blown Away My experience started with a general search for my "Mid Life Crisis convertible". After recieving pretty poor service in the area from other dealers, My experience started with a general search for my "Mid Life Crisis convertible". After recieving pretty poor service in the area from other dealers, my expectations were very low. How ever, I found a unit on line and tried the chat option they offered. The young lady answered all of my questions, so I made an appointment and came in. I was greeted by the sales person who informed me that he would be assigned to help. (Anthony). Test drive A. Product Knowledge A. Customer Service A. I was Blown away. So I then met the managers and the good (GREAT) service continued. They offered me a great price and aggressive financing. I asked if they would allow me time to have my son, to come by and check out the car. He did and I was then ready to purchase. They blew me away with the friendly attitude a service. F&I. When it was time to sign papers and make decisions on warranty, I again was given great servivce. Quick and painless. Again, I was blown away. So I began to look for the other shoe to drop. This was too easy. Sunday I noticed an issue with the car, and called the store Monday. This was a used car and they had no obligation to help me. However, I spoke to another manager, and again was told to bring the car by and they would take care of me. Blown away again. Tuesday, I was contacted by Anthony to see if I could bring the car in to have the car serviced. I was greated by smiles in the service dept, taken back to work and picked up by a very nice driver, and the repair was complete. Anthony met me to make sure evrything was fine. Who does this. Not sure if this is a family business, but it feels like that. Anthony is awesome and is obviously backed up by a great team of managers and service pros. I was blown away More
