My family has bought two Subarus in the past 2 yrs from two different dealerships. We were in the market for a new family car. I wanted to take advantage of the low financing rate. I was looking for a specific color Outback and reached out to several dealerships in my area through Edmunds.com. Sheree was the first person to reach out to me. Because her dealership was the furthest from me, I told her I was most likely going to work with a closer dealership; but I’d work with whomever offered me the best deal. Other Salespeople contacted me. One dealership said the car was not available within a 200 mile radius and I’d have to order it. Sheree searched within a 500 mile radius, found it, and personally drove 2 hrs one way to pick it up so I could have it the NEXT day! We coordinated via text and scheduled a time for me to see the car at my convenience. Even though I had to drive 40 mins to her dealership (rather than the 20 mins to my local dealership) it was well worth the trip. Fitz offered me a higher trade-in value compared to the CarFax quote I had. They were true to their word and didn’t try to upsell me. The experience was great. Sheree was awesome. I reached out to Sharee to inquire about a new car. I told her I was looking for an AWD and 300 hp minimum. She hit me within 20 mins lmk what she could do for. Turns out found exactly what i wanted. I came in and she well dressed, well spoken, well mannered very professional yet still funny. I wasn't in the best when i came but she tur.ed that around. She explained every simply amd straight. She got me in and out quickly which was important to me. She made suggestions based on questions she asked me but wasn't pushy. I love that in salesperson. I usually dont like salespeople because they can be pushy. But she was a gym. 15 out 5 stars all day. More
