When you get to finance you do not get to sign papers but a video screen lying flat on the desk and good luck trying to read every little item especially the hidden costs they sneak in, they give you a thumb drive so when you get home and look you will see all the hidden costs, loan % etc but it will be too late to correct this as they already got you. The service agent did not come out to greet me at the car. I sat in the car for a few minutes before thinking “maybe that’s not how it’s done here at Kia”. My wait was 4 hours for unscheduled rotors to b car. I sat in the car for a few minutes before thinking “maybe that’s not how it’s done here at Kia”. My wait was 4 hours for unscheduled rotors to be resurfaced. This car was purchased 2 days ago and only has 5000 miles but still needed these rotors replaced. The service agents were pleasant. The mechanic Lucas did an outstanding job and worked quickly!! I love the service window where we can watch what’s being done! Another shout out to my sales agent Shelton. He checked on me multiple times, asking if he can do anything or get me anything. He’s been great!!! Give that guy a raise! More
