The sales department led by Mike Freeman made the process easy and stress free. When we needed to purchase a new vehicle, we decided to stay with Martin Main Line Honda because of their excellent Service Dep easy and stress free. When we needed to purchase a new vehicle, we decided to stay with Martin Main Line Honda because of their excellent Service Department, which has always been kind, friendly, courteous, professional, competent, and fair. From check-in to diagnostics, communication with the customer, execution of the work order, to final checkout, everyone on the service team does their job very well! Several staff aren’t good at responding (except Helena) and condescending regarding questions/concerns about functions and service matters in my new HR-V. (When you’re told that email is the best way to reach them and they still have answered in 3—10 days it is frustrating. This also is the same behavior for some phone calls. As new owners, we would have appreciated more than 10-15 minutes of a speedy tutorial (our son-in-law bought another make new car with all new technology and the dealer set up an hour tutorial for him to learn the features). I also am insulted that service was dismissive when I said the climate control system is not working well. They said they found no issues, yet we have to turn heat up to higher than 80 before it starts to get warm (after the car has been operating for 10 or more minutes, not with a cold engine). Then, it changes back to cool air after we’ve driven for a while, not what we wanted! Passenger side hardly gets warm air. This is after we tried all the suggested actions both from the manual and the service tech. What’s going to happen in the summer when we want a/c? Will it behave in the same undesirable manner? They need to have better follow-up and not just be incommunicado after they have made the sale. More

NEVER AGAIN! It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so to ensure no one else experiences what I did. This is particularly d It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so to ensure no one else experiences what I did. This is particularly disappointing because I purchased my car from this dealership and previously held them in high regard. I brought my car in for an annual inspection, and the experience was troubling from the start. An attendant accidentally slammed my car door into the wall, causing noticeable damage. When I picked up the car, the door had chipped paint, and a pillar was slashed with what appeared to be a sharp object. I reported this immediately, and the dealership agreed to repair the damage. However, when I retrieved my car after the repairs, I was informed that a dent in the door was not fixed because I hadn’t claimed it earlier. This was both surprising and frustrating because the damage occurred during their custody of the vehicle. The staff had failed to conduct a proper joint inspection when the door was originally slammed, leaving me with no way to verify the full extent of the damage upfront. I shared my dissatisfaction through the Honda survey and sought an independent vendor to repair the dent, which cost me $1,600. On the same day, I received a call from a dealership representative who promised to reimburse me for this cost. I provided all requested documentation promptly. However, despite numerous follow-up calls and assurances, I was informed—after a month of delays and unfulfilled promises—that they would not honor the reimbursement. This entire experience has been disappointing and deeply unprofessional. A dealership should be a place of trust, but this incident has completely eroded my confidence in their integrity and customer service. I strongly recommend considering other options for your Honda needs. More
